The old product had an abysmal NPS score so a major overhaul of the experience was needed. I worked with a team of developers, a product owner, and a researcher on this web app redesign.
We conducted discovery research to find out how current users were using it, find the pain points, and see where the hits and misses were.
After presenting our findings, I worked with the product manager to come up with the game plan. I pushed for major simplification and clarity of the experience. I redesigned the flow and we tested it with users. They were thrilled. After some small revisions the site was redeveloped and the NPS score shot up 30 points!
